Low maintenance with no moving parts
Safety bolts prevent the magnet from detaching from the bracket itself
Kick off pin in the armature plate to overcome any residual magnetism when power to the magnet is turned off.
Dual voltage 12/24V DC (selectable on site)
Suitable for single or double doors, inward or outward opening
For medium to high usage traffic applications
Certified to TS010 – Grade 3 – Minimum Holding Force 3000N (675lbf) (306 kgf)
Fire rated to EN1634-1 for 30min and 60min timber doors (when used with SINAEM1 intumescent sleeve)
