A Dead Bolt is designed to be used with a Turn and release and is ideally suited to bathroom doors or bedroom doors. The deadbolt is operated by a 5mm spindle and the bolt deploys with a quarter turn.

This item is intended for use with a bathroom turn & release Double sprung or Architectural quality basically means heavy duty. You would select this standard of lock or latch for doors that are in constant use or even subject to abuse, Perhaps in a commercial-type environment.

Please note, these dead bolts come as standard with Stainless Steel face plate & strike plate (with exception to the Body Only pack) although a variety of finishes are available as an accessory pack which are compatible with this dead bolt and must be ordered separately.  Please see related products
